At APG, Leor helps guide the team and shape the way the business approaches property sales. Known for his calm and detail-focused approach, he makes sure every property campaign is well thought out and set up for success.

Outside of work, Leor enjoys cooking and photography — interests that reflect the creativity, patience, and attention to detail he brings to both his work and the way he looks after clients.

Ming Lin’s love for real estate started years ago when he would grab the weekend newspaper and go straight to the property section. Looking at listings and market updates became a weekly hobby, and over time, it inspired him to turn his interest into a career.

With more than ten years of experience in sales, property management, and development, Ming co-founded APG Estate to offer a more client-focused real estate service. He enjoys building strong relationships, guiding his team, and making sure every client gets honest advice and real value from their property journey.

A highly self-motivated individual, Helen possesses the work ethic and genuine passion for real estate that has earned her the respect of her peers and loyal clientele. She has a strong focus on building close relationships and believes that real estate involves establishing sound relationships with clients, ascertaining their individual needs.

Matia is a friendly and outgoing member of the APG sales team, passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals. With her positive energy and love for singing, she brings enthusiasm and joy to everything she does.

Francis is a detail-oriented and dedicated sales consultant who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. Known for his patience and thorough approach, he ensures every client receives the right support and advice throughout their property journey.

Roger Yip is the Business Development Manager of our company, with strong expertise in the Australian real estate market. He holds qualifications as a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Registered Tax Agent, and Registered Migration Agent, bringing a valuable multidisciplinary perspective to property transactions and real estate management.

With in-depth knowledge of Australia’s financial, taxation, and immigration frameworks, Roger provides clear and professional advice to both local and overseas clients. He is committed to supporting well-informed property decisions through professionalism, integrity, and a long-term approach to client relationships.

Alisha Yang is a friendly and dedicated Property Assistant with a passion for helping tenants and owners navigate their rental journey with ease. She values building strong relationships, clear communication, and attention to detail, ensuring every client feels well cared for and confident in their experience.

Fiddi Hao is a member of the Rental Department, specializing in handling all leasing-related paperwork. With a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills, Fiddi ensures that all leasing processes run smoothly and efficiently, providing support to both clients and colleagues. She is passionate about delivering excellent service and making every leasing experience seamless, helping tenants feel confident and supported throughout the process.

Dedicated to accuracy, transparency, and compliance in every transaction, Sheline brings a passion for numbers and a detail-oriented approach to APG Estate. She ensures trust accounts are managed with confidence and integrity, giving both clients and the team peace of mind. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring cafés and spending time with her family.

Carol brings strong experience in property management, administration, and customer service to the real estate industry. With a background in New Zealand’s construction sector supporting government housing maintenance programs, she has a solid understanding of how to maintain and add value to residential properties. People-oriented and detail-focused, Carol is dedicated to providing professional, reliable service, from creating and managing property advertisements to guiding clients through sales, purchases, and long-term property goals.
