Ming Lin’s love for real estate started years ago when he would grab the weekend newspaper and go straight to the property section. Looking at listings and market updates became a weekly hobby, and over time, it inspired him to turn his interest into a career.

With more than ten years of experience in sales, property management, and development, Ming co-founded APG Estate to offer a more client-focused real estate service. He enjoys building strong relationships, guiding his team, and making sure every client gets honest advice and real value from their property journey.

Fiddi Hao is a member of the Rental Department, specializing in handling all leasing-related paperwork. With a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills, Fiddi ensures that all leasing processes run smoothly and efficiently, providing support to both clients and colleagues. She is passionate about delivering excellent service and making every leasing experience seamless, helping tenants feel confident and supported throughout the process.

Dedicated to accuracy, transparency, and compliance in every transaction, Sheline brings a passion for numbers and a detail-oriented approach to APG Estate. She ensures trust accounts are managed with confidence and integrity, giving both clients and the team peace of mind. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring cafés and spending time with her family.

Carol Zhang
Carol brings strong experience in property management, administration, and customer service to the real estate industry. With a background in New Zealand’s construction sector supporting government housing maintenance programs, she has a solid understanding of how to maintain and add value to residential properties. People-oriented and detail-focused, Carol is dedicated to providing professional, reliable service, from creating and managing property advertisements to guiding clients through sales, purchases, and long-term property goals.
