No, our office requires that you attend a physical inspection when possible prior to your application being submitted to the owner. If you cannot attend the inspection you can get a family member or friend to attend on your behalf.

Once you have submitted your application and all supporting documents, we conduct a range of checks such as references and rental history. We then present all applications to the Landlord for a final decision. You will be advised of the outcome as soon as possible.

It usually takes anyway from 3 to 7 days for an application to be approved. In some cases it can take a little longer as all our applications are relayed to the owner of the property for a final decision.

We can manage and negotiate with tenants to gain access to the property during the course of the marketing campaign
